Shipping

Orders leave our European warehouses within 1–2 business days. Delivery to Sweden usually takes 3–8 business days; elsewhere in the EU it can take a little longer. Every order ships with tracking, and shipping is free on orders over SEK 500.00.

Returns

Something faulty, damaged or simply the wrong item? Send us a photo together with your order number and we will refund you or send a replacement — you do not need to ship anything back to us.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and the return postage is paid by you; we will give you the return address once you get in touch. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Warranty

Every product carries the 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects that Swedish and EU consumer law requires. That covers things like a motor that stops working, a handle that comes apart, or a blade that arrives blunt or misaligned. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage such as drops, or damage from putting an item in the dishwasher when its packaging says hand-wash only.

Safety

Our cutters and chopper sets contain very sharp blades: handle them by the housing, use the pusher or guard supplied, and keep them out of reach of children. Cordless products such as the spin scrubber are splash-resistant in use, but keep the charging port dry and charge them away from water. Always check the packaging before putting anything in the dishwasher.

Privacy

We collect only the details needed to fulfil your order: name, address, email and payment confirmation. Payments are processed by Shopify; we never see or store your card details. We do not sell your data.

Care

Hand-wash blades and dry them straight away so they stay sharp and rust-free. Give the wooden side of the cutting board a wipe of food-safe oil now and then, and never leave it soaking. Wipe electric housings with a barely damp cloth — nothing goes in the dishwasher unless the box says so.
